Loved the app until it quit sending push notifications which sounds like a chronic problem. It makes it very stressful to keep track of 2 kids' schedules through this app when I have to remember to open it twice a day to see if I missed an event add or message.
Why is this app so glitchy! So annoying! First I stopped recieving push notifications but finally got the update for that. But now RSVPs are acting weird. I say that I'm going to an event and then it'll refresh and acts like I never even RSVPd. Now in the "Tasks" tab, it won't allow me to enter the due date for the task. What's the point of task tab if you don't have a due date for the task?? Please fix these issues!
When is this app going to UPDATE? It needs it bad!!!
emailing verification code and temporary code does not work. I was unable to reset password or register new account. contact us in app and store are non responsive. I will give 5 negative stars if possible. update: in profile, app allows add email address. it never works because emailing verification code never works. Most frustrated is the non existing support. I can no longer use it to check my son's soccer schedule. and google store keeps deleting my review. how that is going to help?
I've used this app no problem from Aug 2020 to Jan 2021... totally went crazy!! It deleted the new team that I created/added, it prompted me to "log out" and won't let me log back in. Error of "poor connection" when I have 5G full bars and tried with and without wifi connection.
Failing to authenticate. Logged out and back in. Deleted and reinstalled and logged back in. Still nothing.
Great way to put your team schedules and chat
Difficult to navigate.
I used this app for several years with no issues. I recently upgraded my phone to a Google Pixel 4XL and now I receive NO notifications. I checked Notifications under Settings and they toggle bar is slid over to activate vibrate notifications, but nothing. On my old phone (Google Pixel 2XL) I used to get a QC logo displayed on my notification bar, along with vibration. Now there is nothing!
